New York City declares monkeypox a public health emergency



New York is now the second major city after San Francisco to declare a health emergency over the monkeypox virus. It comes as nearly 1,300 people have tested positive across the five boroughs, and the city’s health department says there are likely more undiagnosed cases. CBS2’s Alecia Reid reports.
